This Wild Flower Cacao Bliss Ball recipe takes only 15 minutes to make.
This recipe makes for about 6-7 Cacao Bliss Balls.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
- 1/4 cup of shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon of monk fruit sweetener (or to taste)
Mix in bowl. Now add wet ingredients:
- 3 tbsp of peanut butter (if allergic you can use smashed ripe banana)
- 40 g of Wild Flower Ceremonial-grade Cacao.
*to maintain the health properties of our Cacao you can melt with a double boil or "Bain Marie" .
- Mix all wet and dry ingredients together until total integration. Now you can add a bit of coconut, olive or avocado oil to your hands in order to roll small portions of the mix into balls.
- Roll each ball in a plate of shredded coconut for extra topping!
- Place the balls to refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
